If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: You are NOT eligible for a Refund even for the freshly purchased extensions.

1. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation or testing purposes. Before purchasing any of our extensions, please check the product Description, Screenshots, Live Demo, and User Guide very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
2. Before requesting a refund, the customer must reach us to try and solve any problem related to the extension. Contact us and please provide us the information related to issues or bugs in our extensions. We handle problems as they come but it may take us up to 3 business days to solve the issue.
3. Refunds will not be approved in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts with additional charges.
4. If you have purchased the extension from Magento Marketplace, you will need to follow their Refund policy and contact them for the refund.
